Client: Rainbow Skylight
The Rainbow Skylight website was designed keeping in mind key features of light and architecture. The main selling point, being the skylights and light, are made the focal point through use of large photos and in some cases full span rows. The idea of spaciousness is reflected in the use of these large photos as well as generous whitespace.
Transparency along with layered elements are used to emphasize the clear or translucent aspect of the skylights and the layered & multi-faceted nature of the materials. A cold blue, warm orange and neutral white hint at the colour theme of sunset and sunrise. The Aktiv Grotesk suggests precise, sleek and modern, while the Minion Pro adds elements of classic, enduring and refined to the overall image.
